Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

We require a receipt or other form of evidence of purchase to complete the return form.
Please don’t send your purchase back to the merchant.

Only a partial refund is given in specific circumstances:
Damage or missing components are not our fault; rather, they are caused by any item that is not in its original state.
Items returned after the first 30 days of delivery

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. In addition, we’ll let you know if you accept a refund.
If you’re accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment, within a predetermined amount of days.
Missed or delayed refunds

Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet.
Then get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time before your refund is actually given.
Contact your bank next. Refunds typically take some time to complete before being issued.
Please get in touch with us if after trying everything you still have not gotten your refund.
Sell goods

Only items with standard prices may be returned. Special discounts are not returnable.
Communication We only replace items that are faulty or damaged.

We can provide you a return permission for the item, and our staff will give you a shipping label so you can send it back to us. In the event that a product is flawed or damaged, we will pay for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return if you need to switch to a different model or size. There is no reimbursement for freight. Return shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

The time your exchange product arrives at you may vary depending on where you reside.
Consider using a traceable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more expensive things. We can’t promise that your return will reach us.
